To ensure prompt service, appointments are always desirable but walk-ins are gladly accepted. If you need to cancel an appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours notice.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. Please be aware that if you arrive beyond 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you to another time depending on the salon schedule.

Parking is free on-site and the entrance is on Carlback Ave. Metered street parking is available as well.

Select services require a deposit at time of booking. These services along with all chemical service appointments require a 48 hour cancellation notice. All other services require 24 hour notice. If the appointment is not cancelled within the above time frame or not attended, there will be a cancellation fee. The fees for last minute cancelations and no-shows are the full price of the original appointment and must be paid before the appointment can be rescheduled.

All prices are subject to change. Returned checks will result in a $25.00 service fee per incident. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are due at the time of booking. All deposits are applied to the final cost of services. Deposits are refundable if cancelation in within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Last minute cancellations or no shows will forfeit the deposit. Color correction, Brazilian Blow-Out, Extensions, special events and bridal parties are examples of services that require deposits.
